Ariel’s fincas lay between 1600 / 1500 masl, near the community of San Sebastian, La Paz where his family have lived for generations. He is a second generation farmer who has invested in raising the quality of his production by implementing process and planting new varieties. We have teamed up with Ariel for two years, the first 2024 we were able to make it his first time selling his coffee in green instead of cherry. This was also EduCafe’s first time offering 3 process from one producer. Ariel is a fundamental member of the Edu family as he not only has quality coffee but truly wants to help his community. Besides employing and paying fair wages to members of his community in San Sebastian. He has led our community drives in his area helping bring smiles to countless children.
