About EDUCAFE

EduCAFE is a Honduran green coffee collective, organically birthed through conversations on how to spotlight unknown producers.

We share coffee from small fincas across Honduras, whose producers own hands have a direct impact on their cultivation. We value providing unique coffees coming from quality people.

Our Purpose

A proposition that through transparent coffee transactions, the faces of coffee people can be highlighted bringing to light the complex story behind each cup consumed. Behind each producer there is a community of workers and family. Our aim is to raise the income the community receives as a whole, focusing on benefiting the children of coffee communities. Our work with the youth ranges from distributing clothes, school materials, toys, and household goods with the mission to provide free education.

Our Origins

Edu Coffee was born in NY in 2022, with a small consignment venture of 60 sacs of regional blends. In 2023 and 2024 opportunity took Edu to Spain where we shared 20,000 Kilos in 10 countries.

In 2025, we are proud to announce EduCafe a S.R.O officially registered in Slovakia. Our 2025 stock will be housed in our new home base, comprising of 7 producers , from 3 different areas of Honduras.
